Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic Software Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and manage multiple agile teams. You will oversee software engineers, team leads, and product managers to drive the evaluation, development, and deployment of our web-based services. Requirements:

• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate multiple agile teams, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and alignment with company values.

• Strategic Planning: Define timetables and strategies for the development and deployment of next-generation web services.

• Technical Oversight: Drive architecture decisions, participate in code reviews, and lead design discussions to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Operational Excellence: Implement operational best practices and ensure robust security measures for SaaS platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Leadership Experience: 4+ years in software engineering leadership; 2–4 years specifically in people management with a record of building high-performing teams.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience architecting and deploying SaaS applications in cloud-based infrastructure.

• Methodology: 4+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).

• Product Experience: 1–3 years of experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with strong business judgment.
