Job Description:

Eliana Oni Enterprise is seeking a visionary and results-driven Social Media Manager to act as the primary architect of our digital footprint. You will not just manage content; you will craft the narrative that positions our brand as a trusted industry leader. This role is perfect for a creative strategist who understands that great design is only half the battle—the other half is using data-backed insights to turn social engagement into qualified leads and profitable sales.

Requirements:

• Strategic Branding: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns our online presence with aggressive business growth objectives.

• High-Conversion Content: Produce premium, conversion-focused assets (Reels, carousels, videos, and copy) that drive action. You will own the monthly content calendar from ideation to execution.

• Community Cultivation: Manage daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google. You are the "face" of our digital community, responsible for turning followers into brand advocates.

• Sales-Driven Marketing: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) specifically designed to maximize ROI and convert traffic into revenue.

• Analytics & Optimization: Use data to measure success. You will track performance metrics—from engagement to final sales conversions—and report insights that inform our future marketing moves.

• Google Presence: Optimize our Google Business Profile and manage online reviews to ensure local search dominance and high customer trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
