Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary Social Media Manager & Content Creator to define our digital voice and grow our online community. You will be our brand storyteller, responsible for everything from high-quality photography and video editing to the execution of creative campaigns that turn followers into loyal customers. If you live and breathe social media trends and have a flair for creating content that stops the scroll, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Strategic Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies designed to boost brand awareness and foster genuine engagement.

• Content Mastery: Create stunning visuals, including photos, videos, and graphics, paired with captivating captions across all platforms.

• Account Management: Actively grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn while maintaining a consistent content calendar.

• Community Engagement: Build our online community by responding to comments, managing direct messages, and sparking conversations.

• Data-Driven Growth: Track performance metrics, analyze social media trends, and provide regular reports to refine our strategy.

• Brand Coverage: Serve as our lead content producer for in-store activities, product launches, and promotional events.

• Collaboration: Partner with our sales team to align content with product goals and current marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, PR, or related fields.

• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. A portfolio of previous work is highly encouraged.
