Job Description:

• We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence of brands across various social media platforms. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience in social media strategy, branding, content creation, and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Manage business social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers, respond to direct messages, and build an online community.
• Research and apply trending hashtags, engagement tactics, and content strategies.
• Oversee the production of visual branding materials, including logos, banners, and social media templates.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Lead the development of video content for promotional and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND /  Bachelor`s Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of provable experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing software.
• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping, high-engagement content.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a strong eye for branding and design.
