Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively rigorous Social Media & Content Support Officer to anchor our digital presence in Lagos. In a world defined by "Attention Economics," success is measured by "Engagement Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity storytelling with the data-driven precision required to scale brand awareness. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" who can blend "Creative Content Production" (Canva, Video, Graphics) with the "Analytical Agility" required to manage multi-platform campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Digital Strategy & Identity Architecture
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align 100% with centralized business goals and target audience profiles.
Trend Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of the latest digital tools, platform algorithms, and "Lagos-centric" social trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Brand Voice Governance: Maintain a high-fidelity, consistent brand voice and messaging framework across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
2. Content Engineering & Multi-Platform Management
Creative Production: Plan and engineer engaging multimedia content—including high-impact text, graphics, and short-form videos—that drives "Stop-the-Scroll" engagement.
Platform Stewardship: Manage and schedule 100% of posts using professional management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to ensure optimal posting frequency and reach.
Paid Advertising Mastery: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring cost-effective lead generation and brand exposure.
3. Community Diplomacy & Reputation Management
Real-Time Engagement: Monitor platforms and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with professional agility and empathy.
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain high-value relationships with followers, customers, and potential brand ambassadors/influencers.
Reputation Defense: Proactively manage the company’s online reputation, addressing customer feedback and crisis communication with clinical professionalism.
4. Performance Analytics & Data Sovereignty
Insight Engineering: Track and analyze key performance metrics—Reach, Engagement, Conversion, and ROI—to provide a "Source of Truth" for marketing performance.
Optimization Logic: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future content and campaign strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (Agency or Corporate background preferred).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and social media analytics tools.
