Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, responsive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Assistant to join our digital team. In this role, you will be the "voice" of our brand across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that our online presence is consistent, engaging, and community-focused. You will support the full lifecycle of social media management—from scriptwriting and content planning to real-time community engagement and livestream support.
The ideal candidate understands that social media is a two-way conversation and possesses the storytelling skills to turn followers into a loyal community.
Requirements:
Community Engagement & Support
Active Responsiveness: Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok in a professional and timely manner.
Community Building: Foster positive interactions with our audience, encouraging conversations and maintaining a helpful, brand-aligned tone.
Monitoring & Escalation: Track audience feedback and monitor conversations, escalating high-priority inquiries or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Content Strategy & Creation
Scriptwriting: Assist in developing compelling scripts for videos, reels, and livestreams, focusing on strong hooks and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
Messaging: Write engaging captions and content messaging that align with our brand voice and resonate with audience behavior.
Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas for content themes, storytelling approaches, and trending topics to keep our platforms relevant.
Planning & Coordination
Calendar Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure a consistent posting frequency.
Scheduling: Support the timely publishing of posts, reels, and stories across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with the design and video production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all assets.
Livestream & Campaign Support
Live Moderation: Support live sessions by engaging with viewers in real-time, sharing product information, and maintaining an organized, high-energy environment.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the pre- and post-campaign activities to ensure promotional goals are met.
Insights & Reporting
Trend Tracking: Maintain records of online interactions and track engagement trends (comments, shares, and audience sentiment).
Feedback Loop: Provide regular updates and observations to help refine our communication strategy and content quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Previous experience or a demonstrable interest in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of content planning tools and social media platform algorithms.
Proficiency in writing clear, audience-friendly copy.
