Job Description:

DreamCity Property and Investment Ltd is seeking a high-precision Site Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our construction projects. In the premium real estate sector, structural integrity and adherence to design specifications are non-negotiable. This role is designed for a "Technical Executor", a COREN/NSE certified professional with at least 5 years of experience who can bridge the gap between architectural blueprints and physical reality.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Error Execution." Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire site lifecycle: from coordinating specialized masons and laborers to implementing rigorous quality control checklists and minimizing material wastage. Requirements:

1. Design Fidelity & Structural Governance

• Blueprint Execution: Explicitly implement project designs and construction schedules as dictated by the Project Supervisor, ensuring 100% adherence to approved specifications.

• Consultant Liaison: Collaborate with external structural and quality control consultants to ensure every phase of construction meets or exceeds industry standards.

• Standards Compliance: Contribute to and uphold the company’s construction policies, ensuring our offerings to subscribers remain consistently high-quality and error-free.

2. Resource Stewardship & Waste Mitigation

• Financial Optimization: Strategically manage and optimize the utilization of financial resources and materials allocated for site use.

• Accountability & Metrics: Take full responsibility for minimizing on-site wastage, maintaining a lean and efficient site environment where resource management is a key KPI.

• Inventory Control: Supervise the receipt and deployment of construction materials, ensuring they are used precisely as specified in the project designs.

3. Human Capital & Workflow Coordination

• Labor Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of masons, laborers, and all ad hoc staff, fostering a culture of punctuality, safety, and precision.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Maintain real-time communication with the Project Supervisor and Executive Assistant to report progress and resolve site-level bottlenecks.

• Schedule Integrity: Drive the construction works schedule to meet aggressive project deadlines without compromising on structural safety or finish quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or a related Engineering field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience specifically as a Site Structural Engineer within the Real Estate and Property Construction industry.

• Licensing: Professional certification is MANDATORY (COREN, NSE, or equivalent).
