Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Site Engineer to anchor our infrastructure engine in Lekki. In the high-stakes construction landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex civil engineering (drainage, utilities, and civils) with the clinical precision required for site surveying, setting out, and quality control. This role is designed for a "Site Architect" with a Civil Engineering degree who can blend "Technical Grit" (controlling plant and materials) with the "Operational Agility" required to implement Health and Safety protocols and drive project momentum.

Requirements:

1. Engineering Orchestration & Surveying Governance

• Surveying Sovereignty: Conduct high-fidelity site surveying and setting out, ensuring every measurement acts as a "Source of Structural Integrity."

• Quality Architecture: Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard, acting as the primary "Source of Verification" for the project’s technical specifications.

• Logistics Stewardship: Assist in the clinical control of plant and materials on-site, ensuring the "Source of Resource Availability" is optimized to prevent downtime.

2. Operational Resilience & Safety Logic

• Safety Sovereignty: Ensure Health and Safety protocols are implemented throughout the site with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Protection" for personnel and assets.

• Reporting Architecture: Regularly complete the site diary and high-fidelity paperwork, ensuring the PM and Senior Site Agents have a "Source of Real-Time Updates."

• Meeting Logic: Participate in site meetings to ensure issues are discussed and amended with high-velocity focus, maintaining the "Source of Operational Resolution."

3. Diplomatic Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Liaison Sovereignty: Interact with Clients and Consultancies with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Technical Representation" for the organization.

• Team Architecture: Work independently or as part of a high-performing team, utilizing Civils, Drainage, and Utilities experience to provide the "Analytical Foundation" for project success.

• Communication Power: Exercise excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Professional Respect."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Must be a Civil Engineering graduate.

• License: A full clean driver’s license is an absolute essential for site mobility.

• Experience: Proven experience in Civils, Drainage, or Utilities (Water and Electricity).
