Job Description:

Invent Alliance Limited is seeking a high-performing Shortlet Operations & Revenue Manager to lead a consolidated cluster of mid-range properties. This is a supervisory, result-driven role where your primary metric of success is Revenue Growth. You will not just manage buildings; you will manage a business ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving occupancy through dynamic pricing, overseeing specialized service teams (Kitchen, Laundry, Housekeeping), and ensuring a seamless guest experience via modern CRM tools. If you are a disciplined leader with a background in hospitality and a "detective’s eye" for operational excellence, this role is for you.

Requirements:

. Revenue Strategy & Sales Optimization

  • Yield Management: Actively drive occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) using dynamic pricing tools and real-time market insights.

  • Performance Audits: Monitor daily and weekly performance against aggressive revenue targets, identifying gaps and implementing recovery plans.

  • Service Monetization: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and premium service offerings to increase the average guest spend.

2. Operational Supervision & Quality Control

  • Rigorous Inspection: Conduct daily on-site inspections of all units to ensure they meet our "ready-to-stay" standards for cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics.

  • Maintenance Ownership: Take full responsibility for the lifecycle of maintenance issues—from initial identification during inspections to final resolution.

  • Service Ecosystem Oversight: Supervise the Kitchen staff for hygiene and quality, and the Laundry team for turnaround efficiency and fabric care.

3. Guest Experience & Digital Communication

  • Multichannel Engagement: Oversee guest-facing staff to ensure professional, rapid communication via CRM systems and WhatsApp platforms.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor guest reviews and feedback across booking platforms, ensuring that every complaint is resolved promptly to protect the brand’s rating.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare intermediate-level reports analyzing revenue trends, occupancy rates, staff performance, and guest satisfaction metrics.

  • Strategic Feedback: Provide management with structured, actionable insights for long-term operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Background

  • Education: B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven supervisory experience in Shortlets, Hotels, or Serviced Apartments.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Dynamic Pricing tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership: Ability to coordinate multiple specialized teams (Laundry, Kitchen, Front Desk) simultaneously.

  • Follow-up Instinct: A relentless approach to ensuring tasks are completed without being "chased" by management.

  • Organizational Mastery: Ability to work within a structured environment with high accountability and clear reporting lines.

  • Location: Must reside in or very close to Ajah and environs for rapid on-site supervision.
