Job Description:
- Manage the daily running of the apartments.
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
- Keep records of expenses, occupancy, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must have a robust clientele base and the ability to drive occupancy.
- Must have strong digital marketing skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Osogbo.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar role.
