Job Description:
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities across assigned markets.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to customers as needed.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generate high-quality leads through market engagement and networking.
Requirements:
- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships.
- Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong sales and sales management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven and seasoned sales experience in MFB loans, collateral lending, or real estate
