Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive our revenue growth, manage our high-performing sales team, and ensure that our market presence aligns with our corporate vision and values. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end sales strategies, optimizing customer engagement, and ensuring maximum profitability within the competitive Nigerian property market.
Requirements:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational revenue and growth targets.
Team Management: Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and training to the sales team, including setting clear individual performance targets and refining sales scripts for maximum conversion.
Operational Excellence: Track, collate, and interpret complex sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Monitor budgets and control departmental expenses to ensure fiscal efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions that align with their requirements.
Engagement: Lead communication efforts and attend high-level meetings with prospective clients to secure business opportunities.
Resource Allocation: Ensure that the sales team is fully equipped with the necessary tools, data, and resources to perform their roles effectively.
Collaborative Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales tasks, customer visits, and business opportunities, reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the property or real estate industry.
Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal). You must be capable of drafting professional proposals and communicating effectively with high-net-worth clients.
Soft Skills: A confident, positive, and innovative mindset. We are looking for a natural negotiator and problem-solver who can persuade and influence stakeholders.
Performance Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, thriving in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
