TIM Motors Nigeria is a Chinese automotive firm expanding into the Nigerian market, shifting from its established commercial vehicle business to include new passenger vehicles. The company plans to introduce affordable, new Chinese-made sedans and SUVs to the Nigerian market, challenging the dominance of used cars by offering better warranties, financing, and after-sales services. TIM Motors aims to achieve significant market share within three years by providing competitively priced, new vehicles and establishing local assembly plants to foster local employment and technology transfer.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed set targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Business Development:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Expand the company’s customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
Reporting & Strategy Execution:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
Customer Engagement & Presentations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
After-Sales Support:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service for new clients.
- Follow up on customer feedback to improve products and services
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 10 years of experience.
