This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" with 5–12 years of experience (ideally in Cement, Paint, or FMCG) who can blend "Field Grit" (securing high-value infrastructure projects) with the "Analytical Agility" required to optimize route-to-market strategies and pricing agreements.
Requirements:
1. Strategy Orchestration & Market Governance

Route-to-Market Logic: Optimize delivery and visibility strategies across key markets, providing the "Operational Foundation" for consistent volume growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
