Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Lagos and Abuja.
- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
- The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field / MBA
- Sales Management, Revenue Growth, and Client Relationship skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Analytical skills for analyzing market trends and preparing sales reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a sales team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
