We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
What - How - Why:
- Develop and maintain the project schedule
- Analyse engineering and design status and make recommendations
- Analyse material and equipment delivery status and make recommendations
- Analyse the performance of the subcontractor and make recommendations
- Establish logics, strategies and all links in the project schedule
- Development and implementation of progress/performance evaluation reports
- Prepare construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning detail planning for the contract scope
- Prepare estimates where required
- Responsible for ensuring that the potential of all contributing factors such as climate, geographic locations, cultural influences (e.g. Ramadan), local skill levels etc. are analyzed and incorporated into the construction schedule
- Develop strategic milestones
- Develop work sequence and task to support field construction activities
- Develop and maintain the project PCMS Level 5
- Responsible for the administration of the schedule controls for the project
- Responsible to provide progress reports as required
Requirements:
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Candidates should possess a BA/BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
Industry Specific Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of applicable experience. Also, more than 15 years of experience with typical project controls activity, demonstrated effective managerial experience, and computer literacy, is preferred.

HSE Capability:
- Safety – Responsible for personal safety and his/her staffs safe working practices for DA. Understand and follow HSE procedures.

- Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines
