Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer to take ownership of our end-to-end design process. You will be the architect behind our user experience, tasked with simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, scalable product solutions. This role is perfect for a systems thinker who understands that great design is not just visual, but a key driver of growth, user retention, and business revenue.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the full design lifecycle from initial discovery and user research to final delivery and handoff.

• Systems Thinking: Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and speed across our entire product suite.

• UX Strategy: Translate intricate workflows into simple, high-impact UX solutions. Drive activation and retention metrics through data-informed design improvements.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, and business leaders to define product vision and roadmap.

• Research & Iteration: Conduct user research across multiple markets, manage usability testing, and prototype solutions that address real user pain points.

• Design Advocacy: Lead design storytelling, maintain comprehensive documentation, and champion a user-first culture within the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in product design.

  • Advantage: Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or online marketplaces.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Figma and advanced prototyping tools.

• Design Capabilities: Strong interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio featuring detailed case studies that highlight measurable business impact.

• Product Sense: Demonstrated ability to link UX decisions to growth, revenue, and operational goals.

• Market Context: Experience designing for emerging markets or mobile-first environments is highly valued.

• Knowledge Base: Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design team members.
