Job Description:

In this role, you will be the face of our pharmaceutical portfolio, driving demand and building lasting relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across government and private medical facilities. If you have a proven track record in medical sales and the ability to analyze market data to grow a territory, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed territory sales targets while operating within agreed-upon budgets and timelines.

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing expert communication on product efficacy, safety, availability, and distribution.

• Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in Port Harcourt.

• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and analyze sales data to identify trends, refine strategies, and maximize growth opportunities.

• Professional Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations for doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare practitioners in hospitals and pharmacies.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key influencers and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field. (A B.Pharm or Pharm.D is a strong advantage).

• Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative.

• Location: Must currently reside in Port Harcourt (PH).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent project planning skills.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong teamwork, networking ability, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
