Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and results-driven Senior Loan Officers to anchor the credit engine of our operations across Lagos and Ogun State. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the disbursement and the precision of the recovery success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive business development with the clinical precision required for Credit Assessment, Target Achievement, and Portfolio Management. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" with an HND/B.Sc. and 2+ years of experience (specifically in Commercial or Microfinance Banking) who can blend "Relational Grit" (engaging entrepreneurs in major market hubs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to work independently and deliver consistent results.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Growth Governance

• Business Sovereignty: Drive individual targets through aggressive market penetration and lead generation, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio Expansion."

• Target Sovereignty: Achieve and exceed monthly disbursement and collection targets, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Continuity."

• Market Architecture: Operate independently within Lagos and Ogun State environs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for localized market dominance.

• Analysis Stewardship: Utilize basic computer literacy and communication skills to assess borrower capacity, maintaining the "Source of Risk Mitigation."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. Degree in any field of study.

• Experience: At least 2 years of business development experience (Commercial or Microfinance Banking is preferred).
