Job Description:

We are looking for an expert Senior Java Development Engineer to design and lead the development of secure, high-performance backend systems. You will play a critical role in building scalable enterprise and government-grade platforms, working across microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments to support mission-critical operations.

Requirements:

• System Architecture: Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems using Java/Spring.

• API & Data Engineering: Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and optimize complex database structures (SQL/NoSQL) to handle high transaction volumes.

• Cloud & DevOps: Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, utilizing containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Security: Implement secure coding practices, cryptography, and application-level security to protect sensitive enterprise data.

• Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices across the team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 7–10+ years of professional experience in Java backend development and enterprise engineering.

• Tech Stack:

  • Languages/Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.

  • Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems, REST APIs.

  • Tools: Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB.
