Job Description:
- Lead and execute B2B growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive high-value client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to drive sales performance and business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise client acquisition.
- Ability to generate qualified leads and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimizing sales outcomes.
- Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Salary
