Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Growth Manager to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2B and B2C product ecosystem. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will own the entire customer journey from initial acquisition through to retention and long-term loyalty. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to build a culture of experimentation and sustainable scaling.
Requirements:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that drive market share and solidify industry leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and strategy teams to prioritize and implement high-impact growth initiatives.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior and customer feedback to identify actionable trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
Customer Journey Mapping: Design, measure, and optimize every stage of the funnel to maximize conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize channel performance.
Growth Dashboarding: Build and maintain high-level growth dashboards to track key performance metrics and report progress to the executive team.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Marketing Strategy: Direct marketing campaigns that align with broader business goals to fuel customer acquisition.
Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of growth marketing trends, innovative tactics, and best practices in the fintech and SaaS sectors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
Proven, verifiable track record in scaling startups or high-growth tech companies.
Bonus: Experience within the Nigerian Fintech industry is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong background in data analytics, A/B testing, and growth experimentation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Note: While the role is focused on growth management, a strong understanding of ICT environments (Network Administration, Security, and Project Delivery) is highly valued due to our complex technical product requirements.
