Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Growth Manager to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across our B2B and B2C product ecosystem. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will design and execute full-funnel growth strategies from initial customer acquisition to long-term retention and loyalty. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to build, measure, and scale high-impact growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to capture market share and establish industry leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to prioritize and deploy growth-focused product enhancements.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and customer feedback to identify growth trends, patterns, and untapped market opportunities.

  • Experimentation & Optimization: Lead a culture of rapid experimentation, designing A/B tests to optimize performance across the customer journey.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Architect and measure the full customer lifecycle, enhancing retention strategies to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

  • Performance Tracking: Manage and report on a growth dashboard, delivering actionable insights to the leadership team.

  • Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth and marketing team.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Fintech and ICT competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Professional Certification: Possession of an MBA or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, MCSE) is highly preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in growth or marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

    • Proven background in scaling startups.

    • Experience in the Fintech industry is a strong advantage.

    • Proven experience in an ICT operating environment, including network administration, security, LAN/WAN optimization, and technical solutions design.

  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of programming languages and technical infrastructure.
