Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Finance Associate to join our team in Ikate, Lekki. This is a pivotal role for a finance professional who combines deep accounting rigour with a commercial mindset. You will not just be recording financial data; you will be the engine driving our financial clarity, managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory excellence, and providing the strategic insights needed to fuel our next phase of growth. Requirements:

• Financial Reporting & Close: Lead the end-to-end monthly and year-end financial close processes. Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts that provide management with a clear, accurate view of our financial health.

• Treasury & Cash Management: Oversee working capital, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations. Ensure liquidity is managed to support operational agility.

• Compliance & Audit: Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Ensure full compliance with all tax and statutory requirements.

• Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements to ensure the integrity of our general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate across all departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. Provide financial analysis that directly supports leadership’s strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional Qualification: ACCA or ICAN qualification is a significant added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience. Preference is given to candidates with backgrounds in high-growth startups, healthcare, technology, or FMCG sectors.
