Job Description:

• Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, providing insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
• Provide insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategy execution.
• Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of 6 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and business performance metrics.
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage.
