Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Senior Executive to serve as a cornerstone of Aella’s growth engine. In the evolving microfinance landscape, success is no longer defined by simple disbursement, but by "Strategic Penetration", the ability to marry deep sector expertise with data-driven scalability. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", a leader with at least 7 years of senior experience who can blend high-level sales strategy with the systemic rigor required to build a high-performance banking culture.
Your mission is to ensure "Sustainable Market Expansion and Revenue Dominance." You will be the primary bridge between executive vision and field execution: responsible for designing best-in-class sales processes, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and mentoring a team of elite performers. Requirements:
1. Sales Strategy & Market Engineering
Growth Architecture: Design and execute multi-layered sales strategies that align with the bank’s vision for revenue growth and long-term market leadership.
Predictive Intelligence: Analyze customer behavior, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory shifts to proactively pivot strategies before market changes occur.
Untapped Market Capture: Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in underserved segments, ensuring Aella’s footprint expands sustainably across the financial ecosystem.
2. Operational Excellence & Systems Design
Process Orchestration: Design and implement scalable sales workflows, leveraging advanced analytics and technology to optimize lead conversion and customer retention.
Performance Governance: Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine team tactics and ensure absolute alignment with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead collaborative initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Risk departments to ensure the seamless delivery of innovative financial solutions.
3. Leadership & High-Performance Culture
Talent Incubation: Lead, mentor, and inspire a top-tier sales force, fostering an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and aggressive innovation.
Cultural Stewardship: Cultivate a results-oriented culture where ambitious targets are met through ethical collaboration and strategic discipline.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Build and manage high-value relationships with regulators, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the bank’s institutional influence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience specifically within the Microfinance Banking sector.
Sector Mastery: In-depth knowledge of microfinance products, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulatory frameworks, and rural/urban market dynamics.
Strategic Track Record: Proven history of exceeding high-value sales targets and leading digital transformation or expansion initiatives.
