Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee complex piling operations across both onshore and challenging marine environments. This is a technical leadership role for a professional who understands that the foundation of success lies in precision, operational discipline, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. If you have a proven track record in deep foundation systems and a mastery of piling techniques in offshore/deep-water settings, we want you to lead our execution teams.

Requirements:

• Site Supervision & Execution: Lead daily piling operations, ensuring total compliance with engineering specifications. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and heavy equipment (piling rigs, cranes, barges) to drive productivity and maintain project schedules.

• Marine & Deep-Water Piling: Take direct charge of piling activities executed from barges, pontoons, and marine platforms. You will oversee pile positioning, alignment, and penetration depths, ensuring operational excellence in offshore environments.

• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Serve as the final authority on technical accuracy. Review drawings and method statements, verify concrete quality and reinforcement placement, and maintain rigorous inspection records.

• HSE Leadership: Champion an "incident-free" work environment. Enforce strict safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all site activities meet statutory and client-specific safety requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mandatory Qualifications:

  • B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

  • COREN Registration is required.

• Professional Experience:

  • 8–12 years of progressive construction experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience supervising piling operations.

  • Demonstrable expertise in marine/deep-water piling projects.

• Technical Mastery: Extensive experience supervising:

  • Bored, CFA, Rotary, Driven, and Sheet Piling.

  • Deep foundation systems.

  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and execute to tight tolerances.
