We are a premier digital marketing agency seeking a powerhouse Senior Business Development Manager who is a digital marketing strategist at heart. Requirements:
Strategic Growth & Consultative Selling: Lead agency growth by identifying, pitching, and closing high-ticket enterprise accounts through a value-first, consultative approach.
Digital Strategy Pitching: Translate complex digital marketing concepts including SEO, advanced social media management, high-impact visual storytelling, and paid media into compelling, easy-to-digest commercial proposals.
Business & Market Intelligence: Analyze shifting algorithm landscapes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to uncover new, high-margin service offerings for the agency.
Scoping & Delivery Alignment: Collaborate closely with our internal creative and technical teams to ensure every pitched strategy is realistic, profitable, and flawlessly aligned with our execution capabilities.
Value Optimization: Act as a strategic advisor to premium clients, identifying and unlocking upsell opportunities by consistently tying our deliverables to their core business growth metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years of business development experience strictly within a digital marketing, ad tech, or creative agency environment. You must fundamentally understand how digital channels function and interconnect.
Marketing Fluency: Deep knowledge of digital KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, organic traffic growth, and engagement metrics). You must be able to leverage this data to build a persuasive business case.
Business Management Acumen: A proven track record of managing a robust sales pipeline with strong financial literacy, ensuring every project is scoped to maintain agency profitability.
Consultative Pitching Mastery: Exceptional presentation and audit skills. You must be entirely comfortable presenting comprehensive digital strategies to C-suite executives.
Execution Mindset: A strong understanding of project management and delivery workflows to ensure that your sales efforts seamlessly align with the production team's execution capacity.
