Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Auditor to lead our audit engagements. In this role, you will be the point person for delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to our diverse client base. You will be responsible for overseeing the full audit lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with financial standards, and providing actionable insights that help our clients optimize their internal controls and business processes.

Requirements:

• Audit Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end audit assignments, ensuring that all field work is executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Compliance & Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements to ensure complete adherence to IFRS and local regulatory requirements.

• Risk & Advisory: Proactively identify control gaps and operational risks, transforming your findings into practical, value-added recommendations for clients.

• Team Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings directly to client management, ensuring clarity and professional transparency.

• Comprehensive Support: Assist in tax audits, complex reconciliations, and ad-hoc financial advisory projects as needed.

• Client Stewardship: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

• Certification: Mandatory possession of a professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience within an auditing or accounting practice.

• Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of IFRS and international auditing standards.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent capability to analyze complex financial data and produce clear, concise, and accurate reports.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
