It was granted banking license on August 5, 2011, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Bank has met and exceeded all capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank's operating License by the CBN.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to lead our Corporate Bank Sector
• The Sector Head will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to corporate and institutional clients, driving sustainable portfolio growth, and ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ banking experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
