Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated and high-achieving Executive Support Specialist to serve as a strategic right-hand and brand ambassador for our leadership team. Requirements:
1. Executive Operations & Project Governance
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete project lifecycle—moving from strategic planning and implementation to rigorous monitoring and executive reporting.
Operational Rhythm: Manage complex executive scheduling and administrative workflows, ensuring optimal time efficiency and prioritization for the Principal.
Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of business metrics to deliver high-level briefings that support informed executive decision-making.
2. Stakeholder Diplomacy & PR Initiatives
Primary Liaison: Serve as the authoritative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
Cross-Functional PR: Lead strategic public relations initiatives and networking efforts to strengthen the Principal’s brand and organizational presence across cultures.
High-Level Engagement: Coordinate and attend board meetings, business dinners, and international engagements, ensuring flawless execution of business etiquette.
3. Communications & Cultural Intelligence
Executive Writing: Draft sophisticated correspondence, speeches, and briefings with a focus on clarity, tone, and strategic intent.
Bilingual Synergy: Leverage English fluency (and Chinese proficiency, if applicable) to bridge communication gaps in an international corporate context.
Conflict Resolution: Utilize leadership aptitude to resolve operational bottlenecks and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional & Aesthetic Standards
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university preferred (Minimum of Senior High School Diploma).
Experience: 1–10 years of experience in high-level administrative or international corporate roles.
Personal Presence: Professional image with a height of ≥165cm. Must possess a polished demeanor and impeccable grooming standards.
Age Requirement: ≤26 years old.
Technical & Core Competencies
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
Language Skills: Business fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.
