Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and attend to inquiries professionally
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic office documents
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Ensure confidentiality of office information.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and good work ethic.
Personal Attributes:
- Polite, courteous, and reliable
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
- OND / HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role (added advantage)
Salary
