Job Description:

Desol Health Group is seeking a proactive, independent Marketing Officer with strong business management acumen to drive the growth of our services. This role is designed for a self-starter who understands that marketing is not just about promotion, but about building sustainable business relationships and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion. You will be the bridge between our health services and the clients who need them, operating with the autonomy to manage your own lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Market Expansion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our health services.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, corporate accounts, and client leads.

• Strategic Planning: Use your business management skills to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance to optimize your outreach.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, clients, and service partners.

• Performance Delivery: Manage your own pipeline from lead generation to final conversion, ensuring a consistent flow of business.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on market insights, feedback, and sales performance to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven track record in marketing or business development, specifically within the healthcare or professional services sector.

• Skills:
