Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth across our diverse business portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the nuances of high-end real estate, the fast-paced hospitality and short-let market, and the operational demands of the logistics sector. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from conducting deep-dive market research and designing aggressive marketing plans to closing deals and maintaining long-term client loyalty.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of modern digital marketing savvy and traditional "boots-on-the-ground" sales grit, with a specific focus on maximizing occupancy for hospitality assets and driving sales in the property market.
Requirements:
Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence
Market Research: Conduct continuous research to identify emerging commercial trends and deeply understand the evolving needs of our target audience in real estate and logistics.
Strategy Implementation: Design and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and traditional channels to ensure all sales targets and quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market shifts in the hospitality and short-let industry to position our offerings competitively.
Sales Execution & Performance Tracking
Lead Conversion: Manage client inquiries with high technical proficiency, providing detailed information on product specifications, property features, and service benefits.
Target Accountability: Rigorously track sales data and performance metrics to ensure the company remains on path to hit its monthly and annual quotas.
Reporting: Create and present comprehensive sales performance reports to management, offering data-driven insights for future strategy adjustments.
Relationship & Project Management
CRM: Maintain and nurture robust customer relationship management (CRM) systems to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Networking: Leverage high-level communication skills to build a network of high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and logistics stakeholders.
Project Oversight: Manage sales-related projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing efforts and operational delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
Industry Expertise: Specific and excellent knowledge of the Hospitality (Short-let) industry is mandatory.
