Job Description:
Chikatina Hairs is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our sales force to new heights. You will be the primary link between our strategic sales goals and daily team execution. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on developing talent, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that every customer interaction translates into growth for our brand. Requirements:
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise daily activities, provide hands-on coaching, and mentor sales representatives to sharpen their closing skills and improve overall productivity.
Performance Management: Set clear, actionable sales targets. Monitor performance against these KPIs and provide regular feedback to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds their goals.
Strategic Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance market presence and drive revenue. Collaborate with management to craft effective promotional campaigns.
Operational Excellence: Analyze sales data to create periodic performance reports, identifying trends and areas for operational improvement.
Customer & Market Intelligence: Maintain a "pulse" on market trends and competitor activities. Ensure the team is fully versed in product knowledge and maintains the highest standards of customer engagement.
Issue Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer complaints, ensuring professional and swift resolutions that protect our brand reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales, with prior supervisory experience highly preferred. Experience in the beauty, hair, or retail sector is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales reporting/CRM tools.
Leadership Traits:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strategic thinking combined with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic.
Performance History: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
