Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Sales / Store Assistant to join our team in Ikeja. You will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our inventory is perfectly managed, our shelves are well-merchandised, and our daily records are accurate.

If you are someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, has a "numbers-first" mindset, and enjoys working in a retail environment, we would love to have you on board.

Requirements:

Inventory Management

• Record Keeping: Manage and record all inventory movements accurately. Maintain up-to-date inventory records that reflect the true state of the store.

• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels daily, flag reorder points, and report shortages immediately to ensure we never run out of essential items.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on stock status, sales, and discrepancies.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Organization: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times to provide a great experience for our customers.

• Product Display: Support the team in merchandising and product displays, ensuring items are attractive, accessible, and correctly priced.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail or store operations is preferred.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Basic Excel is required for tracking and reporting.

  • Strong ability to maintain accurate manual and digital records.

  • Basic accounting/math skills to handle reconciliations and stock balances.

• Core Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: You notice the small errors in a ledger before they become big problems.

  • Integrity: You are honest and trustworthy when handling stock and company property.

  • Communication: You are able to communicate clearly with your team regarding stock levels and operational needs.

• Attitude: You are hardworking, proactive, and committed to keeping the store in top condition.
