Job Description:

We are seeking high-energy, resilient, and fiercely self-motivated Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives to spearhead our direct-to-consumer and business-to-retail field customer acquisition campaigns across Lagos. In this hybrid field role, you will be the primary engine driving market expansion for our cutting-edge technology and security infrastructure products.

This position is designed strictly for ambitious sales professionals who want to sit in the driver's seat of their own financial growth. Because your total monthly earnings are intimately linked to your closing velocity and target conversions, this role rewards proactive hunting, relentless discipline, and elite relationship building.

Requirements:

1. Territory Penetration & Direct Sales Execution

  • Field Prospecting: Execute strategic, high-frequency door-to-door field deployments across designated residential, commercial, and retail hubs within Lagos to pitch and close deals for our premium security/tech product suites.

  • Lead Structuring: Build, manage, and scale a consistent personal pipeline of prospective leads, moving them smoothly from initial cold approach to full conversion.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly transactional sales targets set by the regional growth manager.

2. Customer Advisory & Solution Matching

  • Needs Diagnostic: Actively listen to prospective homeowners and business managers to diagnose their unique property vulnerabilities or technology deficits, offering tailored, high-value product solutions.

  • Live Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, technically precise live demonstrations of our hardware and software systems to build trust and drive immediate purchase closures.

3. Relationship Management & Retention

  • Client Nurturing: Build strong, trust-based, and long-lasting relationships with newly onboarded clients, facilitating frictionless system installations and post-purchase follow-ups.

  • Referral Generation: Leverage your converted customer base to secure organic local referrals and broaden your field network footprint.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Entry Tracks

  • Open Qualification Policy: We value execution capability and grit over certificates. We accept applications across BA, B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE, Vocational Certificates, or First School Leaving Certificates, provided the candidate displays professional communication grit and high sales aptitude.

Experience & Competencies

  • Track Record: Minimum of one (1) year of active sales experience. Direct, verifiable success operating in door-to-door sales, field customer acquisition, insurance marketing, or retail tech and home security systems distribution is highly preferred.

  • Lagos Street Fluency: Deep familiarity with the socio-economic topography, local navigation, and language nuances of various Lagos neighborhoods is an asset.

  • Communication Core: Confident, persuasive verbal communication skills. Must be able to capture an audience's attention within the first 10 seconds of a cold interaction.

  • Self-Governance: Elite self-motivation, high emotional intelligence to handle constant field rejection, and the ambition to continuously out-earn the base salary threshold.
