Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Representative to anchor the retail engine of our Marina-based operations. In a high-traffic urban landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the conversion and the precision of the product knowledge success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize professional customer service with the clinical precision required for Product Consultation, Visual Merchandising, and Inventory Management. This role is designed for a "Service Architect", specifically a professional with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling complaints and returns with professional poise) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage stock levels and complex product information.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance
Sovereignty of Welcome: Attend to customers in a warm and professional manner with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First Impressions."
Consultation Architecture: Guide customers on style, size, and needs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a personalized shopping experience.
Integrity Stewardship: Provide accurate product data (pricing, materials, and care), ensuring the "Source of Product Knowledge" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Merchandising Logic
Revenue Sovereignty: Execute high-fidelity upselling and cross-selling, acting as the primary "Source of Average Transaction Value (ATV)."
Display Architecture: Maintain cleanliness and professional arrangement of the store, providing the "Functional Foundation" for visual appeal and customer flow.
Inventory Stewardship: Monitor stock levels and execute shelf restocks, maintaining the "Source of Product Availability."
3. Operational Integrity & Service Power
Resolution Sovereignty: Handle customer returns and complaints politely and efficiently, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Loyalty."
Trend Architecture: Stay updated on new arrivals and promotions, providing the "Relational Foundation" for proactive customer education.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1+ years of retail experience to accelerate the "Greeting-to-Checkout" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC, OND, NCE, or HND.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Attributes: Presentable, professional, and capable of working in the high-energy environment of Lagos Island.
