Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our vibrant retail team in Ikeja. You will be the face of our store, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing expert product guidance, and delivering a seamless shopping experience. If you are passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting where you can directly influence sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome every visitor with professionalism, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.

• Sales Execution: Actively promote products and services to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and drive store performance.

• Transaction Management: Process purchases and customer transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Operations & Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive store layout through effective merchandising and ensure the environment remains clean and organized.

• Inventory & Feedback: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and handle all customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints with grace and professionalism.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive, long-term relationships with shoppers to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate Profile: Female candidates only, aged 26 – 34 years.

• Education: Minimum qualification of OND.

• Location: Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas to ensure a smooth commute.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is considered an added advantage.
