Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with medical doctors, hospital administrators, and healthcare providers.
  • Promote the company’s services/products to hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to maintain visibility and engagement.
  • Organize presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and performance updates.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and medical environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with medical practitioners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
