Job Description:

The Female Sales Representative will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling a wide range of electronic gadgets—including smartphones, accessories, and laptops—and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless in-store shopping experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for technology and sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Explains product features, specifications, and benefits to guide customers in making informed purchase decisions.

• Actively upsells and cross-sells gadgets and accessories to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitors inventory levels and reports stock updates to the store manager.

• Assists with product displays, store organization, and maintaining a clean, attractive sales environment.

• Processes sales transactions accurately and issues receipts to customers.

• Resolves customer concerns or escalates complex issues to the relevant department.

• Keeps updated on the latest gadget trends, product knowledge, and industry developments.

• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and purchases for future follow-up.

Requirements:

• Female, aged 20–30 years (preferred).

• Minimum of OND qualification.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a gadget or electronics store, is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for technology, electronics, and gadgets.

• Presentable, courteous, and approachable personality.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.

• Resides in or near Ikeja, or able to commute easily to the location.
