Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for actively seeking out new prospects and converting them into long-term business partners. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of persuasive communication, analytical thinking, and the resilience required to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
You will not just be selling a product; you will be performing needs-based consultations to ensure our solutions provide measurable value to our clients.
Requirements:
Sales Execution & Prospecting
Direct Engagement: Present, promote, and sell products/services using data-backed arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Needs Analysis: Perform comprehensive cost-benefit and needs analyses for potential clients to ensure the proposed solutions meet their specific requirements.
Relationship & Account Management
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain positive, trust-based business relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
Customer Success: Expedite the resolution of customer complaints or technical issues to maximize satisfaction and minimize churn.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Performance Tracking: Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
Market Insight: Supply management with detailed reports on customer interests, competitive activities, and identified potential for new product offerings.
Professional Growth: Keep abreast of industry best practices, promotional trends, and continuously improve performance based on feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: * Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Skills: * Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices.
Ability to create and deliver professional presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
