We are seeking a high-energy and reliable Sales Representative to join our retail team in Lagos. In a fast-moving commercial environment, success is defined by "Interaction Quality", the ability to welcome walk-in customers and manage online inquiries with equal professionalism. This role is designed for a "Customer Advocate" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Direct Sales Persistence" with the "Digital Literacy" required to manage orders via WhatsApp and social media.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Delay Order Processing and Exceptional Customer Satisfaction." You will be the primary point of contact for our brand: responsible for confirming orders, handling payments with absolute integrity, and ensuring every product is packaged to a high standard. Requirements:

1. Multi-Channel Sales & Conversion

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome and attend to walk-in customers, providing product information that encourages immediate purchases.

  • Digital Correspondence: Manage online inquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms, ensuring prompt responses and professional communication.

  • Up-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products to customers, driving higher basket values and repeat business.

2. Order Governance & Fulfillment

  • Transaction Integrity: Process and confirm customer orders accurately, ensuring that payments are verified and recorded in the daily sales log.

  • Packaging Excellence: Assist in the careful preparation and packaging of orders to ensure products reach the customer in perfect condition.

  • Records Management: Maintain a high-fidelity record of daily sales activities to support inventory tracking and end-of-day reporting.

3. Operational Agility & Service Excellence

  • Workflow Speed: Operate effectively in a high-traffic retail setting, ensuring that both online and offline customers receive timely attention.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company with honesty and responsibility, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.

  • Digital Literacy: Practical knowledge of using smartphones and WhatsApp for professional business communication.
