Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Egbeda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Customer Service & Sales: Welcome customers, provide prompt assistance, answer enquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.

• Sales Transactions: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle various payment methods with integrity, and issue receipts.

• Store Operations: Manage store opening/closing, maintain a clean and organised environment, monitor stock levels, and assist with restocking.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily sales records, reconcile cash and sales, and report any discrepancies promptly.

• Support Duties: Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to overall store efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Residence: Must reside within Egbeda or nearby areas.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales or retail is an added advantage.

• Skills:

  • Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping ability.
