We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • As a Sales Representative at HTSF Global Nigeria Limited, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting HTSF Global’s products and services.
  • You will generate leads, engage with customers, and ensure they have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
  • Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs, and close sales will be crucial in helping us meet our sales targets and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow the market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with farmers, agribusiness owners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and ongoing purchases.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer needs, offering tailored solutions and resolving issues effectively.
  • Assist with order processing and ensuring timely deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc, HND, or any related qualifications.
  • Experience: Entry Level with Proven experience as a Sales Representative in Agribusiness or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify customers' needs and present compelling solutions. work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
