We are seeking a creative and target-driven Female Sales Representative to manage our retail operations and drive online sales growth. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and converting social media leads into successful sales deals.

Requirements:

• Sales Growth: Actively engage with customers across our social media platforms to close sales deals and meet targets.

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Complaint Resolution: Efficiently handle customer feedback, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure high satisfaction.

• Order Logistics: Coordinate effectively with delivery partners to track shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Call Management: Handle incoming customer calls with a focus on brand representation and sales conversion.

• Compliance: Adhere strictly to company communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Adaptability: A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and e-commerce platforms.

• Location: For the Lagos role, candidates must reside in or close to Lekki Phase 1.
