Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to serve as the face of our brand within the competitive Ikeja business hub. In the Personal and Home Care sectors, shelf space and brand trust are the ultimate currencies. This role is designed for a "Market Hunter", an early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience who can blend interpersonal charisma with data-driven market research to expand our retail footprint.

Your mission is to drive volume and visibility. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from identifying high-potential retail outlets and conducting territory research to building long-term partnerships and hitting aggressive revenue targets. If you possess a "Results-First" mindset and the professional grit to navigate the fast-paced Lagos market, we want you to lead our growth.

Requirements:

1. Business Development & Territory Growth

  • Market Hunting: Proactively identify and onboard new B2B clients, retailers, and distributors within the personal and home care product sectors.

  • Opportunity Mapping: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped growth pockets in Ikeja and surrounding areas.

  • Product Positioning: Educate clients on the unique value propositions of our product lines to secure premium shelf placement and increased order volumes.

2. Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy

  • Account Stewardship: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized service delivery.

  • Customer Insights: Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the company, gathering feedback from retailers to inform future product improvements and marketing strategies.

  • Brand Visibility: Ensure products are well-merchandised and visible at all partner locations to maximize consumer pull-through.

3. Performance & Revenue Engineering

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to qualify for performance bonuses and uncapped commissions.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales orders, and lead pipelines for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in sales. Previous exposure to Beauty, Skincare, Gadgets, or Home Appliances is highly valued.

  • Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct basic market research and identify new business opportunities.

  • Location: Must be able to operate full-time in Ikeja, Lagos.
