Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and style-conscious Sales Representative to anchor the revenue engine of our Yaba-based clothing store. In the aggressive fashion landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Style Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize customer desires with the clinical precision required for Product Promotion, In-Store Experience, and New Arrival Visibility. This role is designed for an "Engagement Architect" who can blend "Commercial Grit" (attending to customers and driving sales) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain a high-standard store appearance.

Requirements:

1. Experience Orchestration & Style Governance

• Customer Sovereignty: Attend to visitors and assist with curated product selection with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Style Guidance."

• Selection Architecture: Promote new arrivals and key collections effectively, providing the "Structural Foundation" for increased basket size and repeat business.

• Service Stewardship: Maintain a friendly and sales-driven attitude at all times, ensuring the "Source of Brand Loyalty" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Floor Logic

• Aesthetic Sovereignty: Maintain the store’s appearance and display standards, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Appeal."

• Activity Architecture: Support all daily sales activities and transaction processing, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for operational efficiency.

• Organization Stewardship: Ensure clothing racks and displays are organized and responsible for stock integrity, maintaining the "Source of Order."

3. Growth Integrity & Performance Power

• Communication Sovereignty: Utilize strong verbal skills to navigate customer objections, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Conversion."

• Schedule Architecture: Manage a full-time schedule (Monday – Saturday) with professional discipline, providing the "Visual Foundation" for consistent store coverage.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize your Interest in Fashion to anticipate trends and customer needs, maximizing the "Source of Retail Revenue."
