Job Description:

Avery Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process from identifying potential leads to closing contracts and managing high-value accounts within the industrial and engineering sector. You will act as the face of the company, demonstrating our products and services to a diverse range of clients across multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who excels in negotiation and is eager to grow within a performance-oriented organization.

Requirements:

Business Development & Sales

  • Omnichannel Outreach: Market and sell company products and services via phone, email, and in-person consultations to both new and existing clients.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations to establish new business and highlight our technical value propositions.

  • Lead Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline by preparing and sending accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Account Management & Negotiation

  • Contracting: Negotiate contracts and service packages to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the client and the organization.

  • Customer Care: Handle inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Target Achievement: Work consistently toward meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Administration & Performance Tracking

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and lead statuses.

  • Performance Analysis: Participate in quarterly reviews of sales performance to identify growth areas and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent customer service and persuasive sales abilities.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with elite presentation and phone etiquette.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and proposal development.

    • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Requirements:

    • Candidates must not be more than 30 years of age.

    • A strong preference for female candidates for this specific team expansion.

    • Previous experience in the industrial or engineering sector is a significant advantage.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
