Job Description:

This dual-function role is designed for a high-energy professional who can drive revenue through active sales while ensuring the administrative backbone of the sales department remains seamless.

Requirements:

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead Conversion: Process sales orders and respond to customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Activity Coordination: Assist in planning and executing sales activities, promotions, and corporate events to increase brand visibility.

Sales Administration & Operations

  • Data Management: Maintain meticulous sales records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

  • Workflow Optimization: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure documentation accuracy and efficient workflows.

  • Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end processing of transactions, from initial inquiry to final delivery/documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of B.Sc (2nd Class Lower) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Service Status: Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or administrative capacity.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Sales Persuasiveness: Proven ability to influence customers and close deals.

    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who treats the business as their own.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for report generation.
